CANCELLATIONS - RESCHEDULE Cancellation / Rescheduling must be made 24 hours before your appointment. If not a new deposit is required and you will be charged for 50% of the service total You can cancel your appointment ONE time (72 hour notice) without charge as long as you reschedule at a later date. If you cancel, and you do not reschedule, you will be charged 50% of your service total. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you cancel your second reschedule, you will be charged the full amount of the service. LATE POLICY Please inform me if you will be late. A 10 minute grace period will be given to each client. After 15 minutes your appointment is automatically canceled, deposit will be forfeited and you will be charged for 50% of your service. A credit card will be required by all guests to secure appointments; by agreeing to our booking/ cancellation policy, you authorize THE HAVYNN FOR BEAUTY to charge your credit card on file per cancellation policy. *As a courtesy to our clients, THE HAVYNN FOR BEAUTY offers appointment reminders through text, email and/or phone. We will collect your contact info at the time of booking your appointment and on your client intake form with your permission. THE HAVYNN FOR BEAUTY will send you a confirmation reminder of your appointment 48 hrs prior to your appointment. It is ultimately your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointments. IF you NO SHOW your appointment, THE HAVYNN FOR BEAUTY will charge a no-show fee of 50% of service.
